Those that either are already involved in HP's Elite or Specialization programs or that want to become involved in them and that want certification in the same need to do a couple of things before taking the HP2-E50: Consultative Selling of HP Mission Critical Technical Services exam. One of those things is that candidates need a minimum of one full year's worth of selling experience when selling HP's Technical Service products. The 40 questions that make up the HP2-E50 exam need to be answered in the 60 minutes allowed for the exam. A 65 percent passing score is the lowest that exam takers can get and still pass. Those questions deal with areas involving these - the successful closing of the sale; comparison of the customer's current ITSM with the current standard in the industry; the process of the workshop and its context; translation of the customer's identified needs into an MC TS portfolio.
