The Unified Contact Center Enterprise Support (UCCES) exam lasts for 75 minutes during which test takers will be faced with between 40 and 50 questions. The goal of this exam is to evaluate the test taker's understanding of troubleshooting and support when it comes to Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (Unified CCE) solutions. These solutions are one portion of the larger Cisco Unified Communications application suite.
